On April 11th we are doing an amazing event, for an awesome cause. We are partnering with Make A Wish Foundation to grant the fabulous wish of Lucy. Lucy is a 14 year old girl with hypoplastic anemia, her life wish is to go to NY Fashion Week 2010. We felt particularly drawn to help grant Lucy’s wish as we are in the fashion industry and feel we could really help make this special girls dream come true.

Some of you may know Make A Wish Foundation is one of the charities we work with here at PIA. This is the first time Make A Wish has actually partnered with this agency exclusively on an event and we feel very honored they are allowing us to throw this event in order to grant Lucy’s wish.

Our goal is to raise enough money through event sponsorships and donations for our silent auction to grant Lucy’s wish. We realize it is a difficult time for everyone right now in this economy, but we always have to remind ourselves we are so lucky as we still all have our health!
