Mmm… Mmmm… I’m Lovin’ The McCafe’ & The Greeley Stampede

Tuesday, July 5th, 2011

This fourth of July Holiday weekend was packed with everything that makes the west so wonderful at the Greeley Stampede. This marks Greeley’s 89th annual stampede which dates all the way back to 1922, but back then there was an estimated 2,500 people in attendance that number has grown to a whopping 250,000 people. With delicious McCafe’ Mango Pineapple Smoothies in hand, PIA representatives made sure that everyone got a taste of the new McDonalds creation. As the world’s largest July 4th rodeo, there was fun for all ages including the Big Buckle Ball, The Monster Truck Show, A Carnival, Mutton Bustin in The Park, The Kids Korral, The Western Art Show, Dinner Theatre, Kids Rodeo, Parades, Demolition Derby, Xtreme Bulls, Fireworks, Pro Rodeo, Roller Derby, Miss Rodeo Colorado, and The Motor Sports Spectacular. With Multiple stages featuring such headliners as Rodney Atkins with Little Big Town, Clint Black, Josh Kelley, Chris Young, Steel Magnolia, Blue Oyster Cult, and many many more sponsored by K99, 97.9 Big Country and The Pavilion. McDonald’s McCafe’ Mango Pineapple Smoothie was a great way to cool down after all the excitement and PIA was delighted to be part of all the action.
