With a death toll of over 70,000 people and a nations infrastructure to weak to help its citizens, people around the world are thinking of unique ways to raise money for relief funds.
Two large figures in the entertainment industry, Lady Gaga & Ben Stiller, have turned to fashion in hopes of bettering the current situation. In the week following the earthquake, these two stars each started Haitian aid platforms.

Ben Stiller has started a campaign, named “Stillerstrong,” which is dedicated to raising money to help build/rebuild schools in Haiti. The campaign is a spin off of the “Livestrong,” fund raiser developed by Lance Armstrong, while retaining Stiller’s most known attribute, comedy; as the website displays “Zoolander” in the Stillerstrong product. Stillerstrong is selling fashionable headbands with the guarantee that all proceeds will be devoted to Haitian schools; with $15 headbands (multiple colors), $100 limited addition headbands, and $500 autographed headbands.
